The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. If you want to return a product purchased online from you have to go through the following steps:

1. Check that it meets the following return conditions:

a. to be in the same condition in which you received it and accompanied by all the accessories / gifts with which it was delivered;

b. the equipment labels are intact;

c. If you have purchased several products of the same type and you want to return them all, make sure that only one of them has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed;

d. in the case of batteries, the return is not accepted if it shows traces of use on their terminals;

e. products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out are not accepted, show signs of excessive wear, scratches, chipping, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks

2. Register the return request within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of delivery / picking up the products;

3. Within a maximum of 14 days you will receive the money in the IBAN account filled in by you in the return request

Return request is canceled in the following cases:
a. You have changed your mind and do not want to return the product;
b. The courier tried to pick you up three times, but was unable to contact you.
